Individual psychotherapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and client, with the goal to support and facilitate change, which will result in an improved quality of life.

With individual therapy you learn to be more attuned to your behaviors, emotions, and sensations in the body. These effects will help you to identify the underlying triggers in your core self.  You will learn new skills and specific strategies for changing your core beliefs, and maladaptive thinking.
